Description:

This is a high intensity interval course that will increase your heart rate to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness. Exercises can be modified for all skill levels. Instructor: Jami.

Classes are free to MCC students, faculty and staff. Must present valid MCC ID. Please note that classes may be cancelled in the event of delays, cancellations or early closings. Call the Fitness Center at 206-8095 if you are unsure if a class is cancelled or not.
